1. Aceptación
Al descargar y usar Termiq aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, desinstala la aplicación.
2. Uso Permitido
Termiq está diseñada para consultas de traducción y definición de términos. Puedes usarla para fines personales y educativos.
3. Uso Prohibido
- Descompilar, modificar o distribuir la aplicación sin autorización
- Usar la app para actividades ilegales
- Intentar sobrecargar o atacar nuestros servidores
- Eludir el sistema de tokens o pagos
- Compartir cuentas premium con otros usuarios
- Usar herramientas automatizadas para búsquedas masivas
4. Cuentas de Usuario
Al instalar la app se crea automáticamente una sesión anónima. Opcionalmente puedes vincular tu cuenta de Google para acceder a funciones premium y sincronizar tu historial. Eres responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta.
5. Sistema de Tokens y Planes
Plan Freemium: Balance inicial de tokens para búsquedas con IA. Cada búsqueda nueva consume tokens. Los tokens pueden reponerse viendo anuncios. El balance persiste entre sesiones en la nube.
Plan Premium: Acceso ilimitado a búsquedas de IA, gestión de hasta 4 idiomas y sin anuncios. Se activa mediante suscripción procesada por Google Play Billing.
6. Cancelación de Premium
Al cancelar, tu cuenta vuelve al plan freemium al finalizar el período de facturación. Los idiomas activos se reducirán a un máximo de 2 y volverás a ver anuncios. Tu historial de palabras se conservará.
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Haforge Tech no garantiza la precisión absoluta de las traducciones generadas por IA. El contenido es orientativo. En ningún caso Haforge Tech será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la aplicación.
8. Exención de Garantías
La aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que el servicio sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores o que los resultados sean precisos o confiables.
9. Disponibilidad del Servicio
Nos esforzamos por mantener el servicio disponible, pero no garantizamos disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Podemos realizar mantenimientos o modificaciones sin previo aviso.
10. Propiedad Intelectual
El nombre Termiq, el logo y el código son propiedad de Haforge Tech. Queda prohibida su reproducción sin autorización.
11. Jurisdicción y Ley Aplicable
Estos términos se rigen exclusivamente por las leyes de El Salvador. Cualquier disputa será resuelta exclusivamente ante los tribunales competentes de El Salvador, renunciando expresamente a cualquier otra jurisdicción.
12. Modificaciones
Haforge Tech se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos. El uso continuado implica aceptación de los cambios.

1. Acceptance
By downloading and using Termiq, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. Permitted Use
Termiq is designed for translation queries and term definitions. You may use it for personal and educational purposes.
3. Prohibited Use
- Decompiling, modifying, or distributing the application without authorization
- Using the app for illegal activities
- Attempting to overload or attack our servers
- Bypassing the token or payment system
- Sharing premium accounts with other users
- Using automated tools for bulk searches
4. User Accounts
An anonymous session is automatically created upon installation. You may optionally link your Google account to access premium features and sync your history. You are responsible for the security of your account.
5. Token System and Plans
Freemium Plan: Initial token balance for AI searches. Each new search consumes tokens. Tokens can be replenished by watching ads. Balance persists between sessions in the cloud.
Premium Plan: Unlimited AI searches, management of up to 4 languages, and no ads. Activated via subscription processed by Google Play Billing.
6. Premium Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account reverts to freemium at the end of the billing period. Active languages will be reduced to 2 and you will see ads again. Your word history will be preserved.
7. Limitation of Liability
Haforge Tech does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated translations. Content is for guidance only. In no event shall Haforge Tech be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or modifications without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
The name Termiq, the logo, and the code are the property of Haforge Tech. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of El Salvador. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of El Salvador, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
12. Modifications
Haforge Tech reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

2. Utilisation Autorisée
Termiq est conçue pour les requêtes de traduction et de définition de termes. Utilisation personnelle et éducative autorisée.
3. Utilisation Interdite
- Décompiler, modifier ou distribuer l'application sans autorisation
- Utiliser l'app à des fins illégales
- Tenter de surcharger ou d'attaquer nos serveurs
- Contourner le système de jetons ou de paiement
- Partager des comptes premium avec d'autres utilisateurs
- Utiliser des outils automatisés pour des recherches en masse
4. Comptes Utilisateurs
Une session anonyme est créée automatiquement à l'installation. Vous pouvez lier votre compte Google pour accéder aux fonctionnalités premium et synchroniser votre historique.
5. Système de Jetons et Plans
Plan Freemium : Solde initial de jetons pour les recherches IA. Chaque nouvelle recherche consomme des jetons. Les jetons peuvent être rechargés en regardant des publicités.
Plan Premium : Recherches IA illimitées, gestion jusqu'à 4 langues, sans publicités. Activé via abonnement Google Play Billing.
6. Annulation Premium
En cas d'annulation, votre compte revient au plan freemium à la fin de la période de facturation. Les langues actives seront réduites à 2 et vous verrez à nouveau des publicités. Votre historique de mots sera conservé.
7. Limitation de Responsabilité
Haforge Tech ne garantit pas l'exactitude absolue des traductions générées par IA. En aucun cas Haforge Tech ne sera responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs résultant de l'utilisation de l'application.
8. Exclusion de Garanties
L'application est fournie "telle quelle" sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne garantissons pas que le service sera ininterrompu ou exempt d'erreurs.
9. Propriété Intellectuelle
Le nom Termiq, le logo et le code sont la propriété de Haforge Tech.
10. Juridiction et Droit Applicable
Ces conditions sont régies exclusivement par les lois du Salvador. Tout litige sera résolu exclusivement devant les tribunaux compétents du Salvador.
11. Modifications
Haforge Tech se réserve le droit de modifier ces conditions. L'utilisation continue implique l'acceptation des modifications.

Mit dem Herunterladen und der Nutzung von Termiq akzeptieren Sie diese Bedingungen. Falls Sie nicht einverstanden sind, deinstallieren Sie die Anwendung.
2. Erlaubte Nutzung
Termiq ist für Übersetzungsanfragen und Begriffsdefinitionen konzipiert. Persönliche und Bildungsnutzung ist erlaubt.
3. Verbotene Nutzung
- Dekompilieren, Modifizieren oder Verteilen der Anwendung ohne Genehmigung
- Nutzung der App für illegale Aktivitäten
- Versuche, unsere Server zu überlasten oder anzugreifen
- Umgehung des Token- oder Zahlungssystems
- Teilen von Premium-Konten mit anderen Nutzern
- Verwendung automatisierter Tools für Massensuchen
4. Benutzerkonten
Bei der Installation wird automatisch eine anonyme Sitzung erstellt. Optional können Sie Ihr Google-Konto verknüpfen, um Premium-Funktionen zu nutzen und Ihren Verlauf zu synchronisieren.
5. Token-System und Pläne
Freemium-Plan: Anfängliches Token-Guthaben für KI-Suchen. Jede neue Suche verbraucht Token. Token können durch das Ansehen von Werbung aufgeladen werden.
Premium-Plan: Unbegrenzte KI-Suchen, Verwaltung von bis zu 4 Sprachen, keine Werbung. Aktiviert über Google Play Billing-Abonnement.
6. Premium-Kündigung
Bei Kündigung kehrt Ihr Konto am Ende des Abrechnungszeitraums zum Freemium-Plan zurück. Aktive Sprachen werden auf 2 reduziert und Sie sehen wieder Werbung. Ihr Wortverlauf bleibt erhalten.
7. Haftungsbeschränkung
Haforge Tech übernimmt keine Garantie für die absolute Genauigkeit der KI-generierten Übersetzungen. In keinem Fall haftet Haforge Tech für indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung der Anwendung.
8. Gewährleistungsausschluss
Die Anwendung wird "wie besehen" ohne jegliche Garantie bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass der Dienst unterbrechungsfrei oder fehlerfrei ist.
9. Geistiges Eigentum
Name Termiq, Logo und Code sind Eigentum von Haforge Tech.
10. Gerichtsstand und anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht von El Salvador. Streitigkeiten werden ausschließlich vor den zuständigen Gerichten in El Salvador beigelegt.
11. Änderungen
Haforge Tech behält sich das Recht vor, diese Bedingungen zu ändern. Die weitere Nutzung impliziert die Annahme der Änderungen.

5. Sistema di Token e Piani
Piano Freemium: Saldo iniziale di token per ricerche AI. Ogni nuova ricerca consuma token. I token possono essere ricaricati guardando annunci.
Piano Premium: Ricerche AI illimitate, gestione fino a 4 lingue, nessuna pubblicità. Attivato tramite abbonamento Google Play Billing.
6. Cancellazione Premium
In caso di cancellazione, l'account torna al piano freemium alla fine del periodo di fatturazione. Le lingue attive si ridurranno a 2 e vedrai di nuovo pubblicità. La cronologia delle parole verrà conservata.
7. Limitazione di Responsabilità
Haforge Tech non garantisce l'assoluta precisione delle traduzioni generate dall'AI. In nessun caso Haforge Tech sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso dell'applicazione.
8. Esclusione di Garanzie
L'applicazione è fornita "così com'è" senza garanzie di alcun tipo. Non garantiamo che il servizio sarà ininterrotto o privo di errori.
9. Proprietà Intellettuale
Il nome Termiq, il logo e il codice sono di proprietà di Haforge Tech.
10. Giurisdizione e Legge Applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati esclusivamente dalle leggi di El Salvador. Qualsiasi controversia sarà risolta esclusivamente davanti ai tribunali competenti di El Salvador.
11. Modifiche
Haforge Tech si riserva il diritto di modificare questi termini. L'uso continuato implica l'accettazione delle modifiche.
